To explore the President Xi Jinping's first term,
this documentary series explored the impact of his
 5 key development concepts aimed at improving the country's
 well-being, businesses, integration, environmental protection
 and economic stability.
Each episode explored one topic in 5 different Chinese cities.


The series won the outstanding coverage award at the 2017 OCEA press awards ceremony - a first for the department. 






︎︎︎ Vision 2018: Two Sessions Live Broadcast host, producer, videography and post-production editing

Annual coverage of the country’s most important political policy meeting.


I produced a new series format to refresh the department’s week long coverage. It was the first time the team had conducted a live broadcast for the political event. 


Pre-production involved policy research and scheduling interviews to compile a concise but easily accessible daily round-up of the main points addressed at press conferences and official speeches.
